Revista for home service companies
Know what customers say about each branch and each technician.
Customers review the technician by name, whether they showed up on time, and whether the bill matched the estimate. Revista reads every Google review across your branches and sorts each point by topic, branch and technician.
No signup needed for the sample. It takes about two minutes to look around.
What you'll finally know
Your star rating won't tell you what to fix.
Which technicians earn the 5 stars?
Customers name the tech who came to the house. See praise and complaints for every one of them.
Is scheduling costing you jobs?
Missed windows and slow call-backs show up in reviews long before they show up in revenue.
Do estimates match the bill?
Pricing complaints usually mean a surprise, not a price. See where it happens and who's involved.
What makes it different
One review, four separate points.
A review can praise one thing and complain about another. Revista finds each point and files it on its own.
“Carlos fixed our AC in under an hour1 and explained what went wrong2. The arrival window was 8 to 12 and he came at 23, and the bill was higher than the quote4.”

Each point counts toward its topic, its location and the person named.
Features
Built around how home service companies get reviewed.
Topics made for you
You start with the topics below and can add or remove any of them. Every point in every review is filed under one.
Every location side by side
A grid of every location against every topic shows where each one does well and where it struggles.
Every technician named
Each technician customers mention gets a page: praise, complaints, and how ratings compare when they're named. A staff list is optional.
Trends over time
Rating, review count and each topic month by month, so a problem gets noticed while it's small.
Replies, with an AI draft
Answer reviews for every location from one screen, starting from a draft in your tone.
Hear from people who'd never post
A QR code for each location sends guests to your Google page or to a short private form. Private feedback lands next to your Google reviews and is read the same way.

Questions
Common questions
Our techs cover several areas. How are locations counted?
By Google Business Profile: each profile you connect is one location, whatever area it serves.
Can we print a QR code for invoices or trucks?
Yes. Each location gets a QR code and a short link. You choose whether it opens your Google review page or a private form.
Does it reply to customers?
Reply to every review from one screen with an AI draft, and optionally let it answer positive reviews automatically.
Where do the reviews come from?
From Google, through Google's official Business Profile API. You add Revista as a manager on your profile; nothing is scraped, and you can remove access at any time.
