Revista for medical & dental practices

Know what patients say about each office and each provider.

Patients tell Google exactly what went right and wrong: the provider who listened, the billing call that never came back, the hour in the waiting room. Revista reads every review across your offices and sorts each point by topic, office and provider.

No signup needed for the sample. It takes about two minutes to look around.

What you'll finally know

Your star rating won't tell you what to fix.

Which office is slipping?

A 4.6 across the group can hide the one office where wait-time complaints doubled after a schedule change.

Which providers do patients ask for?

Patients name the doctor, NP or hygienist who made the visit. Revista keeps count, with praise and complaints for each person.

Is it clinical care or the front desk?

Most complaints at medical offices aren't about the care. They're about phones, billing and scheduling, and those are fixable.

What makes it different

One review, four separate points.

A review can praise one thing and complain about another. Revista finds each point and files it on its own.

Dana K. · Eastside office★★★★☆
“Dr. Patel took time to explain everything1 and the hygienist was gentle2, but we waited 50 minutes past our appointment3 and nobody answers the phone to reschedule4.”

Features

Built around how medical & dental practices get reviewed.

Topics made for you

You start with the topics below and can add or remove any of them. Every point in every review is filed under one.

Every location side by side

A grid of every location against every topic shows where each one does well and where it struggles.

Every provider named

Each provider customers mention gets a page: praise, complaints, and how ratings compare when they're named. A staff list is optional.

Trends over time

Rating, review count and each topic month by month, so a problem gets noticed while it's small.

Replies, with an AI draft

Answer reviews for every location from one screen, starting from a draft in your tone.

Patient privacy first

Revista reads the reviews patients already posted publicly on Google. For medical practices the private feedback form is switched off, so Revista never collects patient health information.

Questions

Common questions

What about HIPAA?

Revista only reads reviews your patients chose to post publicly on Google, the same ones anyone can see on your listing. It doesn't connect to your practice management or records system, and the private feedback form is turned off for medical practices so no patient health information comes through Revista.

Can it tell providers apart if patients only write a last name?

Yes. Upload a staff list (any spreadsheet your payroll exports) and "Dr. Smith" links to the right person. Without a list, names stay as patients wrote them until you combine them.

Do AI replies to patients mention their visit?

Drafts thank people for what they wrote and never confirm someone is a patient or mention treatment. You review every draft before it posts, unless you turn on automatic replies for positive reviews.

Where do the reviews come from?

From Google, through Google's official Business Profile API. You add Revista as a manager on your profile; nothing is scraped, and you can remove access at any time.
