Revista for retail chains
Know what shoppers say about every store.
Shoppers review the service, what was in stock, the checkout line and how the return went. Revista reads every Google review across your stores and sorts each point by topic, store and the employee named.
No signup needed for the sample. It takes about two minutes to look around.
What you'll finally know
Your star rating won't tell you what to fix.
Which store is falling behind?
Compare every store on every topic in one grid, and see which one has the long lines or the empty shelves.
Who knows the products?
Shoppers name the associate who found the right size or fixed a problem. Revista counts praise and complaints for each.
Is it a policy or a person?
Returns complaints at every store point to policy; at one store, to training. Revista shows the difference.
What makes it different
One review, four separate points.
A review can praise one thing and complain about another. Revista finds each point and files it on its own.
“Tom in footwear knew exactly what I needed1 and the store was really well organized2. They were out of my size online and in store3, and only one register was open4.”

Each point counts toward its topic, its location and the person named.
Features
Built around how retail chains get reviewed.
Topics made for you
You start with the topics below and can add or remove any of them. Every point in every review is filed under one.
Every location side by side
A grid of every location against every topic shows where each one does well and where it struggles.
Every staff member named
Each staff member customers mention gets a page: praise, complaints, and how ratings compare when they're named. A staff list is optional.
Trends over time
Rating, review count and each topic month by month, so a problem gets noticed while it's small.
Replies, with an AI draft
Answer reviews for every location from one screen, starting from a draft in your tone.
Hear from people who'd never post
A QR code for each location sends guests to your Google page or to a short private form. Private feedback lands next to your Google reviews and is read the same way.

Questions
Common questions
We have 40 stores. Does pricing still work?
Yes: $49 for the first store and $25 for each one after. Need a different arrangement for a large chain? Contact us.
Can we track topics that matter to us?
Yes. You start from a retail list and can add or remove topics, such as curbside pickup or a loyalty program.
Do we need a staff list?
No. Names are picked out of reviews. Uploading a list helps connect first names to the right person.
Where do the reviews come from?
From Google, through Google's official Business Profile API. You add Revista as a manager on your profile; nothing is scraped, and you can remove access at any time.
