Revista for restaurant groups
Know what guests say about every location.
Guests review the food, the wait, the drive-thru and the person who took their order. Revista reads every Google review across your restaurants and sorts each point by topic, location and the employee named.
No signup needed for the sample. It takes about two minutes to look around.
What you'll finally know
Your star rating won't tell you what to fix.
Which kitchen is slipping?
One location's food-quality complaints can start climbing while the group's average barely moves.
Who's making guests' night?
Guests name the server, the cashier and the manager who fixed a wrong order. Revista keeps count for each of them.
Speed, accuracy or attitude?
Know whether the drive-thru problem at one store is the wait, the wrong orders or the window, before you change anything.
What makes it different
One review, four separate points.
A review can praise one thing and complain about another. Revista finds each point and files it on its own.
“Tacos were amazing as always1 and Jasmine at the counter was super friendly2. But the drive-thru took 25 minutes3 and they forgot half our order4.”

Each point counts toward its topic, its location and the person named.
Features
Built around how restaurant groups get reviewed.
Topics made for you
You start with the topics below and can add or remove any of them. Every point in every review is filed under one.
Every location side by side
A grid of every location against every topic shows where each one does well and where it struggles.
Every staff member named
Each staff member customers mention gets a page: praise, complaints, and how ratings compare when they're named. A staff list is optional.
Trends over time
Rating, review count and each topic month by month, so a problem gets noticed while it's small.
Replies, with an AI draft
Answer reviews for every location from one screen, starting from a draft in your tone.
Hear from people who'd never post
A QR code for each location sends guests to your Google page or to a short private form. Private feedback lands next to your Google reviews and is read the same way.

Questions
Common questions
We get hundreds of reviews a month. Is that a problem?
No, that's who it's for. Every new review is read automatically, and your history is read when you sign up.
Does it handle reviews in Spanish?
Yes. Reviews in other languages are read and filed in English, and replies can be drafted in the reviewer's language.
Can managers see only their own store?
Everyone on your account sees every location, and you can filter any page to one location. Add managers as view-only if you'd like.
Where do the reviews come from?
From Google, through Google's official Business Profile API. You add Revista as a manager on your profile; nothing is scraped, and you can remove access at any time.
